Born in 1977 in Lviv. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Ivan Franko State University of Lviv, studied at the postgraduate course of the Precarpathian University.
Since 2000 – Head of the Youth League, a coalition of youth organizations in Ivano-Frankivsk region, Director of the New Ideas Marketing Technology Agency, employee of the sociological service of the A. Razumkov Center.
From 2006 to 2010 – a member of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council, in 2007 – Advisor to the Head of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
From 2009 to 2010 – Head of the International Department of the party “Our Ukraine”, organizer of a number of international political programs, political consultant.
Active public figure since 1989. Since 2008, he has been the President of the FPDI, and since 2017, he has been an expert of the FPDI project – the Intermarium Information Center.
