“Blogger’s School. Blogging in the Time of War”: join the new educational project!

The Foundation for the Promotion of Democracy and the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine invite you to participate in a new educational project “BLOGGER’S SCHOOL. BLOGGING IN TIMES OF WAR”

The project aims to teach Ukrainians how to use blogging tools that allow anyone to become a kind of media outlet and opinion leader.

Blogging in a time of war is an important tool that can help to obtain truthful information about the course of events in the country. It is used to implement powerful volunteer projects, provide psychological rehabilitation to war victims, and create a new communication environment.

Bloggers have played an important role in making the world aware of the true scale of the Russian army’s atrocities in Ukraine, and have become another bridge to the civilized world to tell about the tragedy that is unfolding in Ukraine. However, martial law and ongoing hostilities impose certain restrictions on journalists and bloggers.

Everyone is invited to participate, especially activists of Ukrainian political parties, for whom our training will provide the necessary tools for effective work.

Pre-registration is required for project participants via the link: https://bit.ly/blog_school_ua The training will take place online on Tuesdays via Zoom webinars.

Starting at 19:00 (time may be adjusted due to air raid alerts).

Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to develop their own blogging product and receive certificates. Certification requirements: – Attendance of 80% of lectures; – Successful completion of tests.

After registering, you will receive all the necessary information to participate in each lecture and about the course of study in general to the e-mail specified in the form!

A total of 18 classes are planned for June-September 2022.
