Personal Information

When completing an electronic form posted on our website, as well as through links leading from our website to third-party resources, when completing electronic forms that reference this Privacy Policy, sending us an inquiry by email, or providing us with information in any other way using this Site, we receive your name, postal address, phone number, email address, and other information. In addition, from time to time we may collect your other personal information through other forms on this Site, through email correspondence, and through other online tools. The required personal information will be minimal, strictly necessary to achieve the results envisioned by the projects implemented by the Foundation for Democracy Assistance independently or with other partners. Under certain circumstances, we may request additional information or send you additional information in cases where you have indicated that you would like to receive it. If additional personal information is requested, this fact will be noted and fulfillment of this condition is voluntary.

Collection of information of a personal nature, such as political views or affiliation with political or civic organizations, is carried out on the Site exclusively to the extent necessary for the most effective achievement of the goals of our projects. If you provide information of a personal nature, such provision of information will be considered as explicit and voluntary consent to the use of this information by the Foundation for Democracy Assistance.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: HTTPS://AUTOMATTIC.COM/PRIVACY/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
