In order to provide comprehensive and fullest possible assistance to the families of captured and missing servicemen, the Coordination Headquarters cooperates with a number of NGOs, lawyers’ associations and charitable foundations. It should be noted that the Coordination Center provides consultations on legal and procedural issues related to the captivity of defenders, as well as state social obligations guaranteed by the state in case of captivity. All services provided by the Coordination Center to the families of Defenders are free of charge.
The NGO CrimeaSOS provides support aimed at ensuring guarantees of state protection, constitutional rights, freedoms and interests of civilians deprived of their personal freedom as a result of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, as well as defenders of Ukraine who are in captivity of the aggressor state.
Cooperation with the Charitable Foundation “Nation’s United Charity” consists of joint events, the introduction of new and effective implementation of existing programs and projects, and the provision of charitable assistance.
Separate activities aimed at developing interaction and cooperation are carried out with the NGO Foundation for Democracy Assistance.
Joint initiatives with ADONIS-LAB LLC are aimed, in particular, at creating conditions for providing the most effective assistance to military personnel affected by hostilities.
The NGO “Ukrainian Volunteer Center” works to provide rehabilitation measures for military personnel affected by the armed aggression against Ukraine.
The public organization “HEART OF AZOVSTAL” assists in providing assistance to the military personnel who defended the city of Mariupol from February to May 2022.
Cooperation with lawyers’ associations and free legal aid centers should be noted separately.
AVER LEX Attorneys at Law, Ivan Davydiuk’s LIGAL ENERGY Law Firm, Panfilova & Partners Law Firm, AVRAMENKO & PARTNERS Law Firm, Mykolaiv Local Free Legal Aid Center, Regional Free Legal Aid Center in Kirovohrad and Mykolaiv regions, VINKOS Law Firm, lawyer Kostyantyn Rybalko – all of them provide free legal aid to families of captured and missing servicemen, as well as join joint activities aimed at the speedy release of all Ukrainian defenders from Russian captivity. It should be emphasized that all legal assistance provided to the families of servicemen at the Coordination Center is free of charge.
Charitable organizations, in particular, the Diana Podolianchuk Charitable Foundation and the Rebuilding Ukraine of the Future Charitable Foundation, also cooperate with the Coordination Center. The events held jointly with them contribute to the country’s defense capability and mobilization readiness, as well as support the families of captured and missing soldiers.
The Neopalymi charity project provides comprehensive and free treatment of burns and scars for all those affected by the war.
The Coordination Headquarters is grateful to all public, charitable, lawyer and human rights organizations for their fruitful cooperation and the very important assistance they provide to the families of our Defenders.
The Coordination Center also calls on donors to be careful not to transfer funds to unverified organizations and individuals.
