The project “Active Youth Builds a Socially Just City” was implemented with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine.

The project is based on the idea of participatory democracy and its implementation at the local level.
Target group of the project: young civic and political activists from 11 regions of Ukraine.
The project was implemented in 3 stages:
Stage I – 10 local seminars;
At Stage II, as part of an independent assignment, participants implemented relevant local low-resource initiatives in their places of residence;
Stage III – a final conference in the “Open space” format on “Building a Socially Just City: Sharing Tools and Planning the Next Stage” for the most active project participants, as well as the publication of a collection of the best initiatives implemented at Stage II.
