He was born on May 22, 1986 in Bakhmut (formerly Artemivsk, Donetsk region).
Complete higher education – Master’s degree (specialty: Law), higher education teacher (National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, 2009).
Member of the Expert Commission on the Distribution and Demonstration of Films at the Ukrainian State Film Agency (since 21.08.2014).
Member of the Expert Advisory Council on Civil Service Reform at the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (since 17.09.2014).
Member of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the implementation of the “Concept for the Development of the Ukrainian Language, Culture and Education of Historical Memory among Kyiv Residents for 2015-2020” (since 07.2016).
Member of the Coordination Council on the use of the Ukrainian language in all spheres of public life of Ukraine under the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine (since 12.07.2016).
