#WhatsThat reports that InfoLight.UA is launching a new initiative aimed at supporting local and frontline media. Within the framework of the project “Amplifying the Voice of Frontline Media: Partnership for Expanding Impact,” our team offers independent outlets the opportunity to publish their content on a dedicated platform free of charge.

The article notes that local media will gain access to a free aggregator, targeted advertising to increase reach, content moderation to prevent disinformation, as well as partnership with the Osavul platform—for AI-based detection of harmful narratives.

Officially registered editorial offices and grassroots media groups are invited to participate, especially from frontline and de-occupied territories. The main goal of the initiative is to amplify the voice of these media outlets and help them expand their influence in the information space.

The #WhatsThat article also reminds readers that InfoLight.UA was created in 2022 in collaboration with the Foundation for Democracy Assistance NGO and the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine, and specializes in countering Russian malicious narratives and supporting the state’s information security.
